Financo is a holding company headquartered in Gubbio, owned by  Carlo Colaiacovo Holding (37.5%), Giovanni Colaiacovo Holding (37.5%) and Pasquale Colaiacovo Holding (25%).

Operating primarily in the production and marketing of cement and ready-mix concrete, the Group achieved consolidated revenues of approximately €1.15 billion in 2025 and employs around 2,600 people worldwide. It controls Colacem, Italy's third-largest cement producer, and Colabeton, one of the country's leading ready-mix concrete companies. Alongside its core business, the Group also operates in a number of diversified sectors.

Following its rapid expansion in Italy, the Group has consolidated its industrial presence across three continents, with cement production facilities in Tunisia, Albania, the Dominican Republic and Haiti, as well as cement terminals in Spain and Jamaica.
